NÖRDIC SGM-108 converts digital audio signals from coaxial or Toslink to analog L / R audio and are available for connection to an external device, such as an amplifier, via standard RCA style jacks. There is also a 3.5mm stereo output for headphones. Powered by USB charger (not included). USB cable included.

Note:
This audio converter does not decode 5.1CH / Dolby, DTS or other surround sound signals. It converts 2CH PCM digital audio to 2CH analog audio. If "da ... da ... da ..." or pounding sounds are heard, it indicates that the input audio format is not supported. Here are some tips for your reference:
* For TV, go to sound setting -> SPDIF type -> select PCM or LPCM
* For Xbox, go to Settings -> System -> Console Settings -> Audio / Digital Output -> select digital stereo instead of Dolby
* For PS3, go to Settings -> Sound Settings -> Audio Output Settings -> Optical Digital
* If you are using Apple TV, make sure to set Dolby Digital to "Off".
