NÖRDIC SGM-256 is not only a 1 to 2 splitter, but also a 2 to 1 switch for your USB-C computers and mobiles.
- As a splitter, you can connect a USB-C video source such as a laptop to two monitors, TV screens and the image is displayed on one at a time. Two monitors cannot display the image at the same time. You can also connect docking stations and other USB-C equipment to the splitter. The splitter also supports 100W PD to charge your connected USB-C device.
- As a switch, you can connect two USB-C video sources such as a laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc. to a monitor or TV. Switching between video sources is done with the press of a button.
For the switch to work in 8K, it is necessary that video sources, TV/monitors and cables can handle 8K60Hz. Please ensure that your video source(s) supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode in order to transmit video via USB-C connection.
Plug and play no drivers required and powered by included USB-C power cable (Note, power cable not suitable for video transmission).
